Requesting a Quotation / Placing an Order

Payment
- Payment shall be made in advance by Customer in Japanese yen by wire transfer. Our bank account details are provided in our invoice.
- The customer is responsible for any bank transfer fees.
- Discounts are not applicable to PMRJ items.
- Prices are subjected to change without notice.
- Credit cards payment is not accepted.
- Order will be cancelled automatically if payments are not received within 45 days from the date of the invoice.

Delivery
- Customers shall incur risk of loss, if any, following the delivery of the Reference Standards to the carrier at PMRJ’s shipping point.
- Customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and tariffs levied for importation of PMRJ Reference Standards.
